Meet Alex Wozniak
Alexandra Woziak is a compassionate and enthusiastic board-certified adult-gerontological Nurse Practitioner. She received her bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University and her Masters from Johns Hopkins University.
During her leadership rotation she gained a variety of experience from home based primary care to urgent care clinics providing care to the adult/geriatric population. Alexandra has worked as a Registered Nurse for the prior 9 years before joining PPC in the cardiac intensive care unit at Johns Hopkins University. Alexandra lives in Annapolis with her husband and two dogs Zoey and Patton.
